Clandeboye Golf Club, situated in the country surrounds of Lady Dufferin's Estate, offers two brilliant golf courses. The Dufferin is the longer of the two courses, with a championship layout measures at 6550 yards. The course has a fantastic layout with winding fairways and beautiful putting surfaces. The 4th hole measures at 392 yards and requires a tee shot into a tight area of 240 yards or less. This will then set up a semi-blind second shot over the gorse to a green that is guarded by run-offs on all sides. The 18th hole is a difficult finishing hole, the tee shot plays uphill to a fairway that slopes right to left, a tee shot up the right-hand side leaves a downhill second shot to a green guarded by two bunkers. Clandeboye is also home to a lovely clubhouse that overlooks the course, be sure to take advantage of this and enjoy the hospitality after the round.
