Castle Park Golf Club, readily referred to as the ‘Gleneagles of East Lothian”, was established in 1994 and is home to some tremendous facilities. The clubhouse contains a large conservatory area that provides a great viewpoint for both the 10th and 18th holes, as well as an outdoor seating area. In addition to this, the club also offers a 9-bay driving range, as well as an extensive short game practice area.
From the back tees Castle Park Golf Course measures a challenging 6,443 yards, but with 3 par 5s on the front 9 it is possible to get off to a flying start. However, with some lengthy par 4s and numerous blind tee shots, the back 9 is sure to test every aspect of your game. In addition to this, the course is built on free-draining farmland which means that golf can be played here all year round. Midway through the back 9 be sure to keep an eye out for the historic Yester Castle ruins that overlook the 14th green!
