Opened in 2002 and located just 12 minutes from Dublin Airport, the Donabate Golf Club offers a wide range of golfing and event facilities including; spacious changing facilities for both the men’s and ladies, meeting rooms, a well serviced bar and socials/function area and formal dining room. The club is available for members to hire for a variety of functions or family celebrations and the design of the clubhouse's sizeable sheltered gallery area facilitates panoramic views of the three courses, and in particular, their finishing holes.
Donabate Golf Club is a 27 hole parkland course that offers varying challenges on each nine created by a combination of water hazards, undulating greens and mature trees. All of the greens are sand based which makes them playable all year round. Donabates’ three nine hole courses can be played in any combination which is an enjoyable and challenging course for golfers of all abilities and requires accuracy and good course management skills. Golfers can prepare for their round on the natural grass practice range, which includes two greens and a practice bunker. Also available is a chipping green and putting green to work the short game. A PGA professional is available for tuition for members and visitors all year round.
