Sand Moor Golf Club is based between Leeds and Harrogate on the banks of The Eccup Reservoir. Sand Moor Golf Club is fantastically structured using the space they have to provide a magnificent challenge. Sand Moor Golf Club was originally designed in 1921 with heavy influence from Doctor Alistair Mackenzie who of course designed the famous Augusta National Golf Course. Featuring bunkers, tight fairways and undulating greens with thick rough surrounding the putting surfaces to punish those shots that aren’t good enough! Considered one of the most beautiful courses in Northern England, Sand Moor Golf Club is a real test for golfers. The clubhouse have gone under a lot of recent renovation and now have a fantastic food menu that leaves golfers feeling hungry as they walk off the 18th green!
