The Wiltshire Hotel, Golf and Country Club is home to two great golf courses named The Lakes Golf Course and The Garden Golf Course. The 18 hole championship Lakes golf course, originally designed by Peter Allis in 1991, was updated by William Swann in 2006. Although shorter in length, the 9 hole Garden Golf Course at The Wiltshire golf & Country Club is not to be taken lightly, proving a challenge in its own right.
The Lakes Golf Course originally built in 1991 was extended and improved as recently as 2006 by William Swann. No two holes could be deemed similar on this typical parkland golf course that measures 6,700 yards with a par of 72. It has been wonderfully sculpted into the county’s terrain and great pride is taken from tee box to green. The fast and true greens are the real pride and joy of the green staff and will test any golfer looking to make birdies.
