Formerly known as Fernfell Golf and Country Club, Cranleigh Golf and Country Club is situated in the beautiful Surrey countryside and is home to a fantastic 18-hole golf course and an array of facilities that includes a putting green and driving range. Food and drinks can be enjoyed in The Mess Bar & Club Lounge which resides within a 17th-century converted barn.
This par 68 parkland course measures 5,644 yards in length. Though it may not be the longest course by modern day standards, it is renowned for being extremely tricky and requires great course-management and a patient mindset. The course opens up with a par 3 known as the ‘Babbling Brook’ which, as the name suggests, has the green guarded by a meandering brook and 4 large bunkers. If you can start your round with a par you’re already doing well.
