The Kent and Surrey Golf Club was founded in 1973 with a David Williams designed parkland golf course. As a pay and play venue The Kent and Surrey Golf Club welcomes all standard of golfer 7 days a week. There have been a number of on and off golf course refurbishments as the venue evolves into one of the most vibrant in the region. Visiting golfers have access to the practice putting area and covered driving range. The clubhouse is large and comfortable and hosts a Sunday carvery in addition to a quality golfers’ menu.
The Old Course at The Kent and Surrey Golf Club is a fine example of parkland golf. With a par of 71 the golf course has undergone recent development work to ensure a healthy challenge to the modern golfer. Water hazards are a key feature on a staggering 15 of the 18 holes, most notably on the signature hole 15th with an island green.
