Leeds is a city in the English county of Yorkshire filled with history and opportunities for an outstanding golf experience. On the south bank of the River Aire, the Royal Armouries houses the national collection of arms and artillery. Across the river, the redeveloped industrial area around Call Lane is famed for its bars under converted railway arches and live music venues. Pack the golf clubs and head to a selection of fine courses including Forest of Galtres, Cookridge Hall and Forest Pines. Cookridge Hall is a par-72 championship course with a good blend of holes. Several doglegs, some tough par 5s and a couple of lakes that come into play on both the front and back nine.
