Currie East is a 9-hole layout designed and constructed by Mr. Gilbert Currie, the man for whom Currie Municipal Golf Course is named. Mr. Currie’s vision was to provide a reasonably priced, beautifully designed course for all citizens to enjoy. The layout and conditions of Currie East are generally representative of comparable courses in the region with three tee boxes and an average course and slope rating, which can accommodate all skill levels.
