This par-54, 18 hole course is just 1,348 yards, and it?s right in the flight paths of many flights. So not only will you be able to navigate the holes, but you can watch various aircraft navigate the final approach to Myrtle Beach as you play. The course has 18 unique holes, with plenty of bunkers, some water that comes into play, and terrific greens. It?s a great spot for beginners, anyone looking to work on their game (especially the short-game), or a great warmup round for all the terrific golf that awaits on the Grand Strand and beyond. The course is also lighted, so you can play there at night. Each tee has a table top with holders for your favorite beverage. And there are 27 speakers throughout the course, belting out music for a fun, festive atmosphere. The Aero Club Short Course pays tribute to the former Myrtle Beach Air Force Base, which used to be where the current property lies. Inside the clubhouse is all sorts of memorabilia for visitors to see. The clubhouse also has a pro shop with apparel, equipment and accessories. And there?s also a snack shop to enjoy food and beverages.
