Moccasin Wallow Golf Club is located at the intersection of I-75 and I-275 on exit 229 in Palmetto, less than a 30-minute drive from Tampa, St. Petersburg and Sarasota. The course was designed by Ted McAnlis around 200 beautiful wooded acres with 16 lakes. The course’s signature hole, No. 9 (580 yard, par 5 dog leg around Imperial Lake), is chosen year after year by local golfers as the best par 5 in southwest Florida. The MOC is for everyone. Our golf course will play as short as 3700 yards from our family tee and as long as close to 7000 yards once the addition of 4 new teeing areas are completed. The West Florida Golf Tour, Tampa Bays developmental professional golf tour calls The MOC its home. Aspiring professionals will take memberships at the club and prepare their game for the next level. We have hosted 8 events so far. The golf course has been renovated with Tif Eagle greens and Celebration Bermuda grass fairways in 2016, some tees have been laser leveled as well as the driving range in 2017. We Continue to improve our product every day. The MOC Bar and Grill has been renovated as well and currently is one of the best modern day sports bars you will find at a golf club. A full service membership golf club with “member for a day ” options starting as low as one dollar.
