Opening in 1989 Tall Pines Golf Club is relatively new to North Somerset and is conveniently located close to Bristol City. The clubhouse sits close to the 18th green and there is on-site accommodation should you wish to stay over. This par 70 course measures just over 6,000 yards, with three par 5s and five par 3s. Parkland in character, this course will provide a challenge for golfers with both high and low handicaps. Unusually, this course concludes with a par 3, and at 168 yards it requires a well-struck shot to find the putting surface. Another hole to look out for is the long 14th which is extremely narrow from the tee. Mature trees line the fairway and it really does warrant the stroke index 1 position on the card. Par is an extremely good score here.
