This gently undulating course plays through the picturesque and tranquil countryside on the border between Lancashire and Merseyside. Mossock Hall offers some great facilities to all those who visit including a practice area, pro shop and an exquisite 18th century clubhouse. The par 71 course at Mossock Hall measures 6,504 from the white tees. One of the more memorable holes on the course is the par 3 eleventh, which is situated in a wooded hollow and requires an accurate tee shot to avoid the stream and bunker that guard the green. There are several streams, ponds and well placed bunkers that feature on the course that will challenge golfers of all abilities. Due to the good drainage system and USGA greens, the course is well maintained and playable all year round.
