The course is very accessible, and is located just a short drive away from Derby City Centre. Although there is no clubhouse, Pastures provides plenty of information on rules and regulations which you can find readily available in “The Hut”. This course is a hidden gem and with extremely competitive rates, it is an absolute bargain. Pastures is a very tricky par 32, 9 hole course built on undulating meadow land. It is a demanding course which will definitely reward the straightest of hitters. All the fairways are lined with trees, which can make for some very intimidating shots. Golfers should be weary of the deceptively long par threes, which can easily be misjudged if the proper precaution isn’t taken. You can always be assured of a warm welcome from the staff at the Pastures Golf Club.
